More than a scoop
The Noble Truth Project’s Glaciers Ice Youth Entrepreneurship Program empowers economically disadvantage youth to become financially independent leaders with a social conscious. Through hands-on business training and real-world work experience, participants develop skills in sales, financial literacy, customer service, logistics and moral leadership.

Our team brings more than 25 years of combined professional experience in education, counseling, theology, entrepreneurship, business, and youth development. We are passionate about working alongside young people not simply teaching them, but mentoring, challenging, and equipping them to recognize their potential.

Program
Youth earn points by participating in educational, professional development, mentorship, and personal growth activities. Points encourage accountability, consistent engagement, leadership, and meaningful preparation for employment.

Participants use earned points to access available paid work shifts. This model connects participation and personal development directly to opportunities for earning income and gaining experience.

Youth receive compensation for completed work shifts, gaining real-world experience while earning income. The model teaches responsibility, financial independence, work ethic, and the value of entrepreneurship.
